BARC invites you to a Free Get-On-The-Air (GOTA) Class on Wednesday, February 13th, at 7pm.

Learn about radio selection, operating procedures, antennas, repeaters and how to talk on the radio. You will actually get on the radio in this class!

The GOTA class meets in the Benicia Downtown fire station. Enter via the West 2nd Street side door. Beginners, rookies and veterans are invited. Even if you haven’t received your callsign yet you can attend and participate! If you have a radio, bring it with you.

Larry Loomer, KI6LNB, the instructor, is a veteran at delivering GOTA classes to hundreds of Radio Amateurs.
