BARC invites you to a Free Get-On-The-Air (GOTA) Class on Wednesday, February 13th, at 7pm. Learn about radio selection, operating procedures, antennas, repeaters and how to talk on the radio. Every July 3rd, BARC Volunteers help with communications for the Famous Benicia Torchlight Parade. The parade itself is from 6:30-8:30 pm, but ham radio volunteers meet earlier at 4:30 at the Depot at the bottom of 1st street to set up and get instructions. If interested contact Art Mayoff AA6AM.
